Wildfish Cannery works closely with local fishermen to sustainably harvest these Wild Alaskan Coho Salmon from the Stikine River. The fish is then cured and cold smoked in natural alderwood at their family-run micro-cannery and smokery. This year’s stock is one of the largest and fattest they have seen!
