Sugar, corn starch (45%), whole egg (1.4%), vanilla flavoring, colorants: riboflavin and annatto. May contain gluten and milk.

- Preheat my oven to 356°F preferably on the fan-forced setting
- Pour 1.5 liters of milk into a saucepan, gradually add the contents of one packet, and whisk
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly so that it does not stick to the pan. Continue cooking, whisking constantly, until the mixture thickens
- Pour into a mold and bake for 35 mins (or 45 mins if you have a traditional oven)
- Is it golden? Then it’s ready! Leave to cool off and unmold. Bon appétit
