Acetaia Cattani White Balsamic Vinegar has been made with the sweet must of organically grown white Trebbiano grapes produced by a 5th generation family-owned vineyard in Modena, Italy.
The must has been carefully mixed with white vinegar and barrel-aged for 6 months, yielding a delicate balance between sweet and sour flavors. Excellent on grilled vegetables, fish and white meat!
