Haku’s light amber colored Sakura Cherry Blossom Shoyu crafted using beautiful cherry blossoms. They are gathered and dipped in red Shiso vinegar brine and salt to preserve, then added to already aging barrels of white Shoyu and will age for 1 year to infuse the perfume and color of the cherry blossoms with the Shoyu.
