George Paul’s Temparia red wine vinegar made using Temparia wine from new grape variety from Ed Swanson Cuthills vineyard in Nebraska. This vinegar has cherry notes with deeper aged oak flavors. It is very rich and complex yet fresh floral notes and a wisp of wild rose essence that makes it unique.
