Moulin CastelaS Aglandau olive variety from Provencal region. An elegant green fruity oil with notes of grass, followed by mint and artichokes, cold extracted within 6 hours of extract. It has fine balance between bitter and pepper. Goes well with salads, fresh goat cheese or on tomato toast.
